Refunds

We will refund returned items to the original payment method as soon as possible after your return has been received and processed at our central warehouse.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, we will issue a new electronic gift card to the email address used for the order. If the order was paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, we will first refund the amount paid using the other payment method. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the gift card.

A special note regarding the ”buy four (4), get the least expensive item for free” campaigns: The discount will match the value of the cheapest item and will be shown in your cart. If you wish to return any of the campaign products, the amount of your order will be recalculated using the products you choose to keep. This means that the refunded amount may not necessarily correspond to the amount initially charged for the ordered products. If, after returning a product, the order no longer entitles you to a discount, the value of the original discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
